Validity of Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to the rights and obligations between customers (hereinafter "Buyer") of She Beauty Studio's online store and Beauty Cosmetics OÜ (hereinafter "She Beauty Studio") when purchasing goods.
In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from She Beauty Studio's online store are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
She Beauty Studio reserves the right to make changes to the sales conditions and product prices. Such changes will be reflected on She Beauty Studio's website.

Prices

All prices on She Beauty Studio's online store include a 22% VAT.
The displayed discount percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.

Placing an Order

To order products, find the desired items and add them to your shopping cart.
The quantity of items in the cart can be adjusted by entering the desired number in the quantity field. Items can be removed from the cart by clicking the "X" next to the product on the same line.
Before completing your order, please select the preferred delivery method for your order.
To place your order, click the "Submit Order" button. If you are already a registered user of She Beauty Studio's online store, please log in to your account. If you are ordering for the first time, click "New Customer" and enter your contact details.

The products will be shipped after payment has been made.

Formation of the Sales Agreement

The Buyer commits to the order and payment after clicking the "Submit Order" button.
The sales agreement is concluded when the total amount of the order has been received into Beauty Cosmetics OÜ's bank account.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

After the sales agreement is concluded (i.e., after the Buyer has made payment), She Beauty Studio will process the order and hand it over to its logistics partners for delivery.

After the payment is received, we will dispatch the paid order within 24 hours. The delivery speed depends on our logistics partner and may vary based on the local service provider’s operations. During holiday periods, delivery times may be longer, so we kindly ask you to consider possible delays.

If you need your order urgently and wish to receive it sooner, please contact us. We will find a suitable solution and agree on a potential expedited delivery time.

For timely delivery, please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products damaged during transport (excluding the packaging) will be replaced for the customer. If a replacement is not possible, the customer will be refunded for the product cost.
She Beauty Studio is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond She Beauty Studio's control or foresight.

Right of Return

A 14-day return policy applies to products purchased from She Beauty Studio's online store, starting from the receipt of the goods. If the product ordered from the online store does not meet the Buyer’s expectations, it may be returned to the store without providing reasons.

To return the product, please contact She Beauty Studio at +372 661 0409 or send a withdrawal statement to  info@shebeauty.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Board (see here), the right of return does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as body, hand, hair care, or skin care cosmetics). Returned products must be unused, and the packaging must be intact and undamaged.

If it becomes necessary for the Buyer to return the goods at their own expense, the cost of the returned product and the shipping fee will be reimbursed to the Buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the return request.

Additionally, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  1. The product was made to the specific personal needs of the Buyer;
  2. The product was made according to specifications provided by the Buyer;
  3. The product has been mixed or combined with another product or item, making them inseparable;
  4. The product has been used for business or professional purposes;
  5. The product has been damaged due to improper use (failure to follow the instructions);
  6. The product was used with an incorrect voltage;
  7. The product has mechanical damage or has broken (e.g., from falling);
  8. The product has normal wear and tear or defects that do not diminish its value or usability;
  9. The product has been repaired by an unauthorized service provider.

If it turns out that the Buyer did not receive the ordered product, the product does not match the description on the website, or there is a defect with the product, the Buyer does not have to submit a withdrawal statement within 14 days. Instead, the Buyer can use their statutory right to file a complaint.

Use of Purchased Goods for Business or Professional Purposes (Including by Legal Entities)

If the purchased product was used for business or professional purposes, or if the Buyer is a legal entity, the usual complaint process does not apply. In such cases, the complaint submission period is generally 6 months or longer, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. If defects appear during this period, the product will be replaced or repaired.

Products are not replaced if:

  1. The product was made to the specific personal needs of the Buyer;
  2. The product was made according to specifications provided by the Buyer;
  3. The product is unsuitable for use for health or hygiene reasons, or it has been used or opened (e.g., cosmetic products);
  4. The product has been mixed or combined with another product or item, making them inseparable;
  5. The defect was caused by improper use (failure to follow the instructions);
  6. The device was used with an incorrect voltage;
  7. The product has mechanical damage or has broken (e.g., from falling);
  8. The product has normal wear and tear or defects that do not diminish its value or usability;
  9. The product has been repaired by an unauthorized service provider.
Liability

She Beauty Studio and the Buyer are liable for any damage caused by the breach of these terms in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Force Majeure

She Beauty Studio is not liable for any damage or delay in delivery if the damage or delay is caused by circumstances beyond She Beauty Studio’s control or could not have been foreseen.

Data Protection and Security

Information and personal data collected during visits to She Beauty Studio’s online store and the placing of orders are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Encrypted data communication during payment transactions ensures the security of the Buyer's personal banking credentials.

The online store uses the Buyer’s personal data (including name, phone number, email address, and bank details) solely for processing the order and shipping the goods to the Buyer.

Complaint Submission Procedure

She Beauty Studio is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of goods sold to the Buyer that existed at the time of transfer and is discovered within two years from the transfer of the goods. Within the first six months of the transfer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of transfer. She Beauty Studio has the burden of disproving this presumption.

If a defect occurs, the Buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to beauty@shestudio.ee or calling: +372 661 0409

The complaint has to include:

1) Buyer’s name and contact details;

2) Date of complaint submission;

3) Description of the defect in the product;

4) The Buyer’s demand;

5) Reference to the transaction or warranty documentation or a copy of it attached to the complaint.

She Beauty Studio will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it. If She Beauty Studio is unable to respond within 15 days, the Buyer will be informed in writing with an explanation and a deadline for the response.

She Beauty Studio is not responsible for defects caused by improper storage or use of the product. Defects considered include product defects, but not defects in the product packaging.

If the product does not meet the terms of the agreement, has defects, or fails, the Buyer has the right to request repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, fails, or causes unreasonable inconvenience, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund.

In case the Buyer and She Beauty Studio cannot resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the Buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. vajuta siia.

The Buyer may also contact the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.

Data Processing and Security

All personal data collected during visits to She Beauty Studio's online store and during purchases are treated as confidential. Exceptions include when the courier requires the Buyer’s name, phone number, and delivery address for shipping or other cases required by law.

Encrypted data transmission with banks ensures the security of the Buyer’s personal and bank details. She Beauty Studio does not have access to this information.
